This policy describes the website's operations. Documents you process locally are not disclosed to the operator.
Your documents
Selected P7M, PDF and XML files, attachments, PDF passwords and certificates are read into browser memory. Parsing, extraction, preview, cryptographic checks and PDF generation take place on your device. No website feature sends this content to a server.
We do not save documents in cookies or localStorage. “New file” clears references to the session results; closing or reloading the page ends the document session. Downloaded files remain in the folder you choose on your device, under your control.
Libraries, fonts and the AgID authority snapshot are served with the website. We do not query OCSP, CRL or external services while checking a document.
Website technical data
To deliver pages, the hosting infrastructure and proxy receive technical data such as IP address, request date, requested path, browser information and connection errors. This data does not include processed documents. It is used for operation, security and diagnosis, based on the operator's legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service.
Infrastructure providers and authorized maintenance personnel may process technical data. Retention depends on infrastructure log settings; we do not keep an application record of document activities.
If you contact the operator, your address and message will be used to respond to and handle your request. Do not send confidential documents unless necessary.
Purchases and licenses
Dodo Payments handles payment, billing data and license codes. We store purchase email, order and subscription references, purchased-feature status and encrypted license codes to verify access and handle support and refunds. The server does not receive document names, contents or fingerprints.
A technical cookie identifies this browser. For a single export, the link between an order and a document fingerprint stays only in browser localStorage. Deleting this data may remove the single unlock. Annual and Lifetime access can be restored with your email and license. Analytics do not record payments or file operations.
Statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website use. Statistics concern page visits and do not include document contents, names or verification results.

Your rights
Where applicable law provides for it, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of personal data.
To exercise your rights, contact support@p7monline.com. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The operator cannot access, recover or delete documents that remain exclusively on your device. We do not make automated decisions or profile you based on your documents.
