The service
p7m online opens CMS/PKCS#7 SignedData envelopes so you can read and extract the enclosed document and inspect available signatures. It supports PDF previews, FatturaPA XML invoice display and readable PDF generation. Opening files does not require an account or purchase.
Limits are 50 MB per file and 100 MB per session, with up to 10 files. Encrypted files require appropriate tools and keys; unsupported formats or algorithms are reported. A directly opened PDF can be viewed, but this tool does not verify its PAdES signatures.
Local processing and downloads
Files are processed on your device. You control original documents and downloads. The website does not store files or recover results after the document session closes.
PDF extraction returns the original envelope contents without changing their bytes. A PDF copy of an XML invoice represents its main data and may omit fields present in the XML. Check the original data before using it for accounting or other obligations.
The extracted document and generated PDF do not include the envelope's CAdES signature. Always keep the original P7M to retain the signature evidence.
Digital signatures and check limitations
The engine checks the cryptographic signature and content digest, certificate dates and, where possible, the chain against a local AgID authority snapshot or certificates you supply. The AgID snapshot is dated; it is not a live lookup of trust lists.
Local revocation evidence is checked only when present and sufficient. No online queries are made. “Not verified” does not mean “valid”. A claimed signing date is not proof of time; timestamps need additional trust, revocation and policy checks.
The result is a local technical inspection. It is not qualified signature validation, a preservation service, legal advice or proof of eIDAS validity. Use an appropriate, up-to-date service for checks with legal effects.
Permitted use
You may use the service for documents you are entitled to process, for lawful personal or professional purposes. Respect confidentiality, third-party rights and applicable law. Do not attack the infrastructure or interfere with the service.
Opening or extracting a document does not change rights to its content. Downloaded files may contain active or untrusted content: assess them before opening them in other applications.
Refunds and renewal cancellation
These conditions apply to the plans on the pricing page. Opening files, signature checks and the first PDF page are free. Downloads, printing, full previews and ZIP exports require the corresponding paid features. Checkout marked as a test payment does not make a real charge.
We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee of unconditional refunds. All plans remain subject to consumer withdrawal rights, normally within 14 days of concluding the contract, and remedies provided by law. Payment, download or license activation are not treated as a waiver of withdrawal rights.
Annual and Lifetime plans provide ongoing access to the service: a single activation or one-time payment does not constitute complete performance. Consumers retain their statutory withdrawal rights, normally within 14 days of concluding the contract. Any amount due for service already provided during that period depends on the legal conditions and an express request for early commencement. No additional commercial guarantee of unconditional refunds is promised.
To communicate withdrawal or request a refund, email support@p7monline.com with your purchase email and transaction reference. A clear statement of your decision is sufficient for withdrawal; you do not need to give a reason. Do not send P7M, PDF, XML or other documents processed with the tool.
A refund ends the paid features linked to the refunded transaction. Cancelling renewal is separate from a refund: you may cancel Annual before the next charge, through the customer portal when available or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the 12 months already paid, with no further renewals. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period, subject to statutory rights. Single export and Lifetime plans do not renew automatically.
Contact support for duplicate charges or technical problems preventing access to purchased features. We will correct the charge or provide the remedies due, including refunds where required. We will email you the outcome. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected, including beyond the withdrawal period.
Responsibility and contact
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee support for every document, algorithm or format variant, continuous availability or absence of errors. You must check results and keep copies of original files. Mandatory rights and responsibilities under applicable law remain unaffected.
Substantial updates will be described on this page with their date. The pricing page describes plans and renewals. Single export (€2.99) covers one document in this browser. Annual (€9.99/year) renews automatically; Lifetime (€19.99) is a one-time payment. Email and a license code let you activate Annual or Lifetime on other devices. Dodo Payments handles checkout, receipts, licenses and the customer portal.
